 • Pre-operative nursing consultation and recovery planning • Home safety assessment and recovery-space preparation • Medication organization, reminders, and schedule management • Personalized recovery binder with care instructions and daily tracking • Vital sign monitoring and focused nursing assessments • Incision, drain, and wound observation (as appropriate) • Pain and symptom management support • Mobility assistance and fall prevention • Nutrition, hydration, and wellness guidance • Coordination with your healthcare team when appropriate • Family education and caregiver support
